Bill’s commitment to excellence is reflected in his achievement of the highest designations in real estate; Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is also recognized as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Bill is a member of the Summit Association of REALTORS (SAR) and also participates in REColorado, the Denver Metro MLS system
A Michigan transplant, Bill and his wife Mary moved to Colorado in 1974 for Mary’s schooling and never moved back. Bill taught in elementary school, worked construction and worked in hospitals before he found his passion selling real estate. He enjoys the many outdoor activities Colorado is famous for including skiing, hiking, bike riding, kayaking, snowshoeing, rugby (retired) and lacrosse (also retired). He lives in Summit County with his wife Mary.
